For a deeper look, use the View button to access a specific post’s dashboard, where the Customers tab shows you exactly who has received your update.

Post for Information, Not just Promotion. If the information helps a pet parent feel more confident about their pet’s stay right now, it belongs in a Portal Post!

  • Why Filter Your Audience? Filtering ensures that your messages are always relevant and never "spammy." By targeting only customers with pets in-house or those booked into a specific service area (like Daycare vs. Boarding), you provide a tailored experience. For example, a "Rainy Day Play" update is vital for Daycare parents but irrelevant to everyone else. Precision filtering keeps your portal clean and your notifications meaningful.
  • Building the Perfect Post When adding a new post, focus on being short, clear, and actionable. Include a punchy title that tells them exactly what’s happening (e.g., "Today’s Playtime Update!") and a description that is only 2–3 sentences long.
