  • Customer Pays Fees In certain jurisdictions where it is allowed, you could pass on the Stripe Transaction Fees to your customers directly.

  • Integrated Terminal Link Stripe Terminals to your Pet Manager Application. Initiate the transaction from within Pet Manager. Order terminals through stripe.com.
  • EFTPOS/Bank Cards/Credit Cards Tap or insert cards to take payment. Automatically record the payment in Pet Manager.
  • Terminal Surcharge Pass on the transaction fees to your clients when performing the transactions (if allowable in your jurisdiction).
  • Unified Reconciliation Transactions through Stripe Terminal appear with Stripe Online payments in your stripe account. If you utilise our Xero plugin the transaction fees can be automatically reconciled.

Save cards on file securely and process payments in bulk on a regular schedule. 

  • Process Daily, Weekly or Monthly Accrue items to invoice across a required date range, generate invoices, take payment through stripe and email the paid invoice to the customers. Useful for larger Daycare Centres.
  • Automated Payments Dashboard View details for any failed payments along with the reason. Insufficient funds errors can automatically retry a few times if required. View revenue over time.

Connecting Pet Manager to Stripe

Stripe can be connected to Pet Manager at any time.

If you do not have a stripe account already, you can simply press connect in Pet Manager and follow the prompts to setup a new account.  The process takes about 20 minutes. 

If you already have a Stripe account, simply press the connect button, login and connect the correct Stripe account to Pet Manager.

After connecting there are a few settings you can configure including whether to pass on the transaction fees to your clients. Our friendly support staff are ready to help you through this process if required.
