Discover the general process that we go by to switch over to utilising Pet Manager as the Software provider for your Pet Business.

Pet Manager has been designed in collaboration with Pet Professionals to be simple to use, but with all of the functions you need. Even if you are technically challenged you will find our product is suited to you.

We provide some of the best support in the industry and we are always here to help. We do offer a wide range of features, so we highly recommend you take us up on the offer of assisting to setup Pet Manager.

No you won't. This is one of the main benefits of online Cloud Software. Simply load the website on the new computer and keeping working where you left off. Even connect to the website on an iPad, Tablet or Phone in the meantime.

No you don’t need to install or update anything. Pet Manager is a completely web-based product. All you need is an internet connection and a modern browser.

Simply load the website https://petmanager.app and the complete interface is online.

Software installed on your computer requires updating everytime changes are made to the software. You are also responsible for backing up your data every day. Should something happen to your computer you may need to recover from a backup and could possibly lose data. Your information is also only available when you are in the office.
With online software like Pet Manager, you don’t have to worry about installing or updating anything or even backing up. All that is done for you. All you need is a modern web browser such as Chrome or Safari. If your computer is out of action – swap to a new one or a tablet and keep working immediately! You can also access the software from anywhere in the world!

Unlike some subscription software – you only pay for what you use! The Starter Plan offers up to 10 runs/places, Standard Plan offers up to 30 runs/places and the Deluxe Plan offers Unlimited runs/places. The runs/places are per area so with the starter plan you can have 10 places for any services that you offer. Awesome!

Absolutely. We take data security and availability very seriously. We offer continuous backup and redundant servers to ensure the system has incredibly high uptime and speed.

We also automatically backup your data every day to a third party system.

Absolutely! Pet Manager has versions suitable for Larger and Enterprise size business.

Our Multi-Site Plan allows for 3 Locations under one account and Enterprise Plan allows for 5 or more locations.

Logins can be locked to a specific location or can have an overall view of the entire group and switch between locations. Separate out infromation for day to day management and then collate data and financials to report on the entire business.

We offer options for this. Many times in the past, with more unique, bespoke or Enterprise customers, there might be a feature that is required that we don't offer yet.

Truthfully from our features page you will see that we do offer a huge range of features. From time to time this situation does occur though.

We can work with you to scope out the requirements of the feature you require. We then provide a custom quote to add this feature to Pet Manager. We only charge what it costs us in labour for our Engineers, so often times it is more affordable than you might think. 

If you wish to go ahead we will build the feature. You get what you need and our product becomes even more feature rich.

Please note: the resulting feature will form part of the general release for all of our clients. We do not run custom versions of Pet Manager.

We have imported from many and varied software solutions in the past - even from some software that was custom built for specific pet businesses.

If you already store your customer and pet information in a spreadsheet or if you have a program that exports in CSV format then we can often import from that too.

Please provide us with a snippet of the information and we can give you an idea of the best way to proceed.

If you are using an scheduling app like Accuity then we can import customer information. As these applications aren't specifically made for the pet industry it is often hard to import pet information as it is not stored independently. 

Please perform an export from your app and provide us for a snippet for analysis on the best way to proceed. 

Ongoing Support:

After you have subscribed is when you will see the real benefit of using Pet Manager - the amazing ongoing support. 

We have knowledgeable support staff locaated in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.  They can take you through every step of the process from setup to ongoing support. The available times are listed at the bottom of this page. 

Tickets - Support is generally provided through our ticketing system accessed through HELP in the bottom right of Pet Manager.

You can submit a ticket with your specific request and we will respond in a timely manner. We do prioritize more urgent support matters.

Phone - You can also call one of our numbers in either Australia or the United Kingdom and our friendly staff will assist.

Remote/Teams/Teamviewer - For more technical issues we will arrange a remote session with you to clarify the solutions in detail.

Custom Videos - We provide custom recorded video support answers in many cases which our customers love.

All required support, through all of the channels we offer, is included in your annual or monthly subscription. 

There are no additional fees associated with support. 

We find that our customers require more general support when first adopting the software.

They quickly become familiar and then support requests are generally very specific in nature.
