Pet Manager has been designed in collaboration with Pet Professionals to be simple to use, but with all of the functions you need. Even if you are technically challenged you will find our product is suited to you.

No you won't. This is one of the main benefits of online Cloud Software. Simply load the website on the new computer and keeping working where you left off. Even connect to the website on an iPad, Tablet or Phone in the meantime.

No you don’t need to install or update anything. Pet Manager is a completely web-based product. All you need is an internet connection and a modern browser.

Simply load the website https://petmanager.app and the complete interface is online.

Software installed on your computer requires updating everytime changes are made to the software. You are also responsible for backing up your data every day. Should something happen to your computer you may need to recover from a backup and could possibly lose data. Your information is also only available when you are in the office.
With online software like Pet Manager, you don’t have to worry about installing or updating anything or even backing up. All that is done for you. All you need is a modern web browser such as Chrome or Safari. If your computer is out of action – swap to a new one or a tablet and keep working immediately! You can also access the software from anywhere in the world!

Absolutely. We take data security and availability very seriously. We offer continuous backup and redundant servers to ensure the system has incredibly high uptime and speed.

We also automatically backup your data every day to a third party system.

Yes! We for single location businesses, we offer 3 different subscriptions tailored for different sized Pet Businesses.

Unlike some subscription software – you only pay for what you use! The Starter Plan offers up to 10 runs/places, Standard Plan offers up to 30 runs/places and the Deluxe Plan offers Unlimited runs/places. The runs/places are per area so with the starter plan you can have 10 places for any services that you offer. Awesome!

Absolutely! Pet Manager has versions suitable for Larger and Enterprise size business.

Our Multi-Site Plan allows for 3 Locations under one account and Enterprise Plan allows for 5 or more locations.

Logins can be locked to a specific location or can have an overall view of the entire group and switch between locations. Separate out infromation for day to day management and then collate data and financials to report on the entire business.

We also offer even more affordable versions for small and medium sized businesses with a limited of 10 or 30 runs which still include most of the awesome features of Pet Manager.

If it is Pet Specific software then we can import key information from your existing system including Customers, Pets, Vets, Vaccinations, Notes. We have imported from most of the applications on the market e.g. Pet Admin, Revelation Pets, Pet Exec, Gingr, Kennel Booker etc. You would normally ask your current provider for an export instead of trying to export information from the Software itself.

If you are using a basic system like a spreadsheet or a very basic non-pet specific scheduling tool, then we can certianly import customer information. It may be harder to import the actual pet information if it is not stored well. If you provide us with a copy or subset of the data we can provide you with details of what is possible.

No. You do not need to enter any payment information for the FREE trial. You only need to enter a Credit/Debit card in order to start a subscription.

If you find Pet Manager is  beneficial to your business, then you can simply continue with the paid product by entering your credit/debit card details and choosing that plan that suits. If not, your account will become inactive and you won’t be charged.

We are always ready to assist in any way required to get the software configured for your specific needs. In fact, we actively recommend this as the best way to see the value in Pet Manager. We offer a lot of features,  and being guided through the settings to get everything you require setup is key to a good experience.

Absolutely. We can offer a custom demo of our product. This normally takes around 30 minutes and will cover any specific features that are relevant to your business. We can answer your specific questions and show how Pet Manager can make a difference to your business.

Subscriptions:

No. We do not charge a setup fee and never will. We actively assist you to get the Software setup to your requirements. It is in your interest and ours that you get the most out of using Pet Manager, and getting setup correctly at the start is so important for this. 

Payments for Subscriptions and Addons to our product are made through a Credit/Debit card that you enter through the interface.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit & Amex. Your card is billed automatically according to your subscription level.

Yes. We offer both options.

Monthly plans allow you the flexibility to pay in separate amounts per month. With a monthly plan you can cancel at any time and only forfeit the remaining amount on your current month.

Annual Plans require payment up front for 12 months in advance, but offer a substantial discount on the monthly fees. No refunds are given for annual plans that are cancelled early. 

For monthly plans, you are charged monthly on or around the same day you subscribed every month.

For Annual plans, it will be on the anniversary of your original subscription. 

Billing is direct to a credit/debit card utilising Stripe. Billing is by Subscription Plan level and there are no charges for additional users or limits on the number of bookings. 

Of course you can! Our Subscription plans can scale with your company. You can even change your plan mid-month.

For monthly plans:
Your next bill will reflect a pro-rata amount for the change. This could be a credit or an extra charge depending on whether you scale up or down.

For Annual Plans:
You will be immediately charged the difference if scaling up and if scaling down, any credit will only be available off the next annual charge on the anniversary of your original Annual Subscription. 

When Changing from Monthly to Annual:
You can do this at any time. You will receive a pro-rata discount of the remainder of the Monthly Subscription off the Annual charge.

We understand that things change. You can immediately cancel your plan at any time from within the program. Any unused time on either Monthly or Annual Plans is not refundable.

No. All support is included in your Monthly or Annual subscription. We recommend you submit a ticket through the Help button located in the bottom right of the application and our Support Team will assist you promptly. 

We are also available for phone support 8:30am-5:30pm AEST. 

If it is required, we also arrange for remote sessions to guide you through any more detailed questions that you have.

Pet Manager is comprised of two components. The Administration System to allow you to manage every aspect of your business and a Customer Portal that provides a customer facing interface to allow for Online Bookings, Payments and more.

Our Customer Portal provides you with a customizable tool to allow for the signup of customers, entering of Pet Information, Vaccinations and Notes, a system for the submission of Vaccination Details, the Signing of Digital Waivers, along with online invoicing and payments.

All of the information from the customer portal flows into a Customer Portal Dashboard in Pet Manager, allowing you to view and confirm the information.

Yes. Our Customer Portal offers two options for integrations.

You can utilise a link to our hosted version of the Customer Portal that can be linked to your website or Social Media accounts.

We also provide an option for you to integrate the Customer Portal directly into a page on your existing website. 

Yes we fully integrate into Xero Accounting through our paid Xero Addon.

Our integration is not a simple one like many other Pet Software offerings.

When we created the financial system within Pet Manager, we modelled it on real financial requirements that Xero sets. This means that all of the financial information from within Pet Manager can synchronize automatically with Xero.

No buttons to push, no unlinked payments or invoices, just a clear, clean sync of your information.

We have a comprehensive mapping of account codes and other information prior to starting the sync. 

We also offer an Accounting Dashboard to view all items that are syncing which allows you to deal with any issues that arise.

Yes. We integrate into Stripe for online payments.

Payments can be made from within the Administration system, by sending a PDF with a payment button embedded into it or through the Customer Portal.

Cards are securely stored with Stripe and customers can re-use cards on file for future transactions.

If your juridiction allows for it, the transaction fees for Stripe can be passed on to your clients.

We do not offer any other payment providers for online payments at this stage.

Yes. We offer two integrations to On Premises Payment Terminals. 

For both options, the amount of the transaction is automatically sent to the terminal and if the payment is successful, it will be automatically recorded into Pet Manager. This prevents errors occuring in recording these payments. 

Stripe Terminal is available in most regions where Stripe is available. Terminals can be ordered directly through your Stripe account.

Tyro Terminal is only available in Australia. It can provided a like for like replacement for a bank terminal. Contact us if you would like more information on the Tyro option.

Yes. We offer a comprehensive Marketing Tool that allows you to create beautiful newsletters and other marketing materials to send to your customers. 

You can filter your customers to target specific segments - e.g. customers who booked last year but not this year - so you can bring them back.

The system offers send, bounce, open and click tracking and has built in unsubscribe options.

We also integrate to Mailchimp if you wish to synchronize your entire customer base and send newsletters from there.
